Tom Deger, aka "TD", was a good friend from the Churchill High class of '68. I remember him as the all-American boy: tall, good looking, athletic, intelligent, a great sense of humor and a constant smile on his face. I spent hundreds of hours with him on the football practice fields. And although our QB/Receiver numbers didn't quite rival that of Roethlisberger/Brown, Tom was a key part of our great senior season. Condolences to Kate and his family.
