As a third generation funeral director, Robert A. Wolfe and his family has had the privilege of serving the Pittsburgh area for many years. The Wolfe family funeral services date back to 1918 when Bob's grandfather, Samuel W. Wolfe began serving families from his East Pittsburgh funeral home. This tradition continued on into the next generation as Robert E. Wolfe, Samuel's son, began serving families from his Wilkinsburg location in 1959.. Tragically Robert E. Wolfe died in 1967, at that time his wife Lois continued the proud family tradition they had established in the Pittsburgh area. Today, Bob Wolfe has relocated to the Forest Hills area, and continues to thrive as a family owned and operated business. Although the location has changed, Bob continues to serve the same communities and families as his father and grandfather had in the past.
