Age 63, unexpectedly, on Sunday, July 24, 2016, of Forest Hills. Beloved husband of Toni Conte Black; loving father of Regina Black and C. Alex Black; devoted son of Mona and Charles R. Black, Sr. of Washington, PA; brother of David “Bill” (Rosalind) Black and James Black; son-in-law of Matilda “Bunny” Conte. Chuck will be lovingly missed by his many family and friends and his dog, Louie. He was employed by PNC Bank. He was curious with a passion for music, reading and motorcycles and was intrigued with technology and politics.
