Bob is a native of Forest Hills and graduate of Churchill High School (1974), Ohio University (1978), and the Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science (1979). For 40 years, Bob worked tirelessly to serve and help the families of the eastern suburbs in their time of bereavement. With the support of his wife, Jane, they raised 3 children in their Churchill home. Their kids attended school at St. Maurice and Bob coached basketball and Little League.
Even though Bob entered semi-retirement in 2018, he is still an active part of the community as a member of Forest Hills Rotary and Beulah Presbyterian Church, and he enjoys spending more time with his family.
