Beloved husband of Carol Ann (Fera) Bailey; dear father of Teresa (Dave) Kann and Joann Fultz; loving grandfather of Jamie, Joe, John, Marissa and Dominic; and great- granddaughter, Avery; brother of Mary Virginia Devlin. Retiree of Westinghouse R&D. Friends received WOLFE MEMORIAL, INC., 3604 Greensburg Pike, 412-731-5001 on Monday 6-8 p.m. and Tuesday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Maurice Church on Wednesday at 10 a.m. (Please everyone meet at church.)
