Age 96, on Thursday, May 5, 2016, of Beatty Pointe in Monroeville, formerly of Wilkinsburg. Effie was the last survivor of eight siblings. She will be lovingly missed by her ten nieces and nephews and numerous great-nieces and great-nephews. Effie was a retired employee at Mine Safety Appliance where she worked her entire career. Service and interment are private. Burial to take place in Plum Creek Cemetery. Arrangements by WOLFE MEMORIAL, INC., 412-731-5001.
