Frain (engineer, real estate executive, entertainer, amateur boxer) and Barbara Ann Lynch (salesperson, model). She attended high school in Meyersdale, PA where her father joined a family coal mining business. Bobbie attended nursing school at St. Joseph Hospital in Pittsburgh, married James D. Following the death of her first husband, she married Elwood Paul with whom she lived in Sun City Center, FL where Bobbie's community involvement included tutoring incarcerated adults and adolescents. The couple returned to Pittsburgh and lived happily until Elwood's death in 2014. Bobbie is survived by her son James Kelly (Sigrid King) and daughter Karen Kelly, MD (Ron Voorhees, MD); grandsons Zachary Scholze (April), Barney Kelly (Molly) and Toby Kelly, and James Patrick Kelly; step-children Douglas Paul, MD (Ann), Vicki Roos (Brad), and Karen Allen (Barry); and nieces, nephews, and step-grandchildren.
