A lifelong resident of Wilkinsburg, age 92, passed away on Tuesday, October 17, 2023, in Hagerstown, MD. Father of Bruce A. Baker and his wife, Connie, of Fairplay, MD. Dear grandfather of Holly and Adam. Brother of the late Thomas J. Baker. Long time companion of the late Ruth Wolf. Bill served in the US Army and was a veteran of the Korean War.
